Refund policy
Returns
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during sale or discount offers
• Items damaged due to usage, washing, or mishandling
• Size-related issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
Refunds
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacements
• Replacements are provided only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
• An unboxing video or clear images are mandatory for replacement approval.
• Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
